Elemental Level – Comparatives and Superlatives
Comparatives: Used to compare two things or people.
- Formed by adding “-er” to short adjectives or using “more” with long adjectives.
- Example: “Taller,” “more interesting.”
Superlatives: Used to compare one thing or person with a group of two or more.
- Formed by adding “-est” to short adjectives or using “most” with long adjectives.
- Example: “Tallest,” “most interesting.”
